Premium Add-Ons Explained

Add-ons attach extra data to every row of a bulk skip trace. You pick them on the Add-Ons step of the trace wizard (or via the add_ons field in the bulk jobs API), and each one unlocks its own output columns in the result CSV.

How add-on billing works

A standard row costs 1 credit(the base skip-trace price). Each enabled add-on adds its per-row price on top, multiplied by the number of traceable rows in your list. The one exception is LLC & Trust Tracing, which is a flat per-row price that replaces the base price for entity rows rather than stacking on it. Prices below are the account defaults — your exact rates are shown live in the wizard, with a running total, before you confirm any job. Like the base charge, add-ons are charged upfront per traceable row and unmatched rows are not refunded (fully failed jobs are auto-refunded in credits).

LLC & Trust Tracing — 6 credits per entity row

By default, rows owned by LLCs and trusts are excluded from a trace. Enabling this add-on includes them: the entity is resolved to the people behind it and their contact info is returned in the normal columns. It is the only add-on that changes which rows are sent — the wizard shows exactly how many LLC/Trust rows were found in your file. Each entity row costs 6 credits total (not 1 + 6). The same rate applies to Company mode in Single Trace.

Litigator Flagging — 0.5 credits

Adds a Litigator column flagging owners known to file TCPA and consumer-protection lawsuits. Cheap insurance for any outbound calling or texting campaign.

Death / Deceased Flag — free

Adds a Death/Deceased column indicating whether the matched owner is reported deceased. It costs nothing — turn it on whenever the information is useful, especially for probate and inherited-property lists.

DNC / TCPA Flagging — 0.5 credits

Adds Do-Not-Call and TCPA status for the record and for every returned phone number (primary, mobile, and landline slots each get their own DNC column). Essential for compliant cold calling. Also available as a dedicated DNC scrubbing API.

Tested Emails — 0.1 credits

Adds up to three email addresses with a Tested status for each, so you can prioritize verified addresses and protect your sender reputation.

Phone Verification — 0.5 credits

Adds Tested, Reachable, and Last Reported Date columns for every phone number returned. Use it to rank dial order and skip disconnected lines.

Data Verification & Enrichment — 0.9 credits (bundle)

The bundle includes DNC/TCPA Flagging, Tested Emails, and Phone Verification at a discount (0.9 vs. 1.1 credits separately) and supersedes their individual charges — when the bundle is on, the three constituents show as "included" and never bill on top. It also unlocks exclusive verified-only phone columns (Verified Phone 1–3 with line type) that list only numbers that passed verification.

Family Skip Tracing — 1.0 credit

Returns contact info for relatives and household members of the matched owner — up to three relatives with names, phone numbers, and an email each. Relative numbers can also appear in the main phone columns. This is the go-to add-on for probate, pre-probate, and inherited leads where the owner of record may be deceased or unreachable.

Recommended combos by campaign

• Cold calling:Data Verification & Enrichment + Litigator Flagging. You get DNC status, verified numbers to dial first, and litigator warnings for about 1.4 credits per row over base.
• SMS:Data Verification & Enrichment — DNC/TCPA status on every number plus line-type data so you text mobiles, not landlines.
• Direct mail: base trace alone usually suffices (mailing addresses are core output); add the free Deceased flag to suppress wasted mail.
• Probate / inherited:Family Skip Tracing + Deceased flag, plus LLC & Trust Tracing if estates in your list are held in trusts.
